Our mission
To make a private transfer the easy, obvious choice anywhere in the world — one clear price, agreed before you travel, and a driver who is there when you land.
Ground transport is where good trips go wrong: the fare that changes at the destination, the queue at 2am, the app that cannot find your terminal. Every part of Taxiqo is built to remove one of those moments. The price you are quoted is the price you pay. The booking is confirmed before you fly, not negotiated when you arrive. And there is a person to message when something changes, because something always changes.
Our vision
A world where arriving somewhere unfamiliar is the calmest part of the journey, in every country we can reach.
Since 2021 we have gone from a single network in Egypt and the Middle East to all 62 countries we can price today, and we are not finished. The measure is not how many places appear on a map: it is whether a traveller landing in any of them can book a car in a minute, know the cost, and be met by name.

The price is the price
One fare for the whole car, including tolls and taxes, fixed when you book. No surge pricing, no night rate, no meter running while you sit in traffic. If a change is needed, we tell you before the journey, not after it.
Say it plainly
What is included, what is not, what happens if your flight is late — in words, before you pay. We would rather lose a booking to an honest answer than win one and meet an angry customer at an airport.
Plans change, and that is allowed
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup, changes made for you when you message us, and no charge for a delayed flight. Charging people for their airline's problem is a way to never see them again.
A person answers
Support is staffed around the clock, in English and Arabic, on WhatsApp and by phone. Someone standing in an arrivals hall at 3am needs a human being, not a ticket number and a 48-hour reply window.
Local drivers, professionally run
We work with licensed transfer companies in each country rather than whoever is nearest. They know the airport, the roads and the language — and we keep working with them only while their passengers say so.
Your details stay yours
We collect what the driver needs to find you and what the law requires, and nothing else. Your data is not a second product we sell alongside the ride.
How the service works
Said plainly, because how a transfer company is structured decides who answers when something goes wrong.
We price the route, not the minute
Every corridor we sell has an agreed fare per vehicle class, negotiated with the operator who drives it. That is why a price can be shown before a driver is assigned, and why it does not move while you are in traffic.
We book, licensed local companies drive
Taxiqo is the booking layer. The cars are run by professional transfer companies licensed in their own country, chosen on licensing, insurance and vehicle condition, and reviewed on what their passengers report back.
We stay responsible for the booking
If a driver is late, does not arrive, or something goes wrong on the day, you deal with us — not with a subcontractor you have never met. Refunds and rebooking are ours to sort out.

Travellers and families
Airport pickups with your name on a sign, child seats booked in advance, and enough luggage space chosen before you land.
Business travellers
A fixed fare that goes on an expense claim without explanation, a confirmed car for an early flight, and a receipt in your account.
Travel agencies and tour operators
Agreed rates, bookings on account and one invoice instead of a card payment per passenger. Message us and we will set it up.
