Booking a transfer
How to book, what we need from you, and changing a trip afterwards.
How do I book a private transfer?
Enter where you are starting and where you are going, pick the date and time, and prices come back in seconds — one fixed fare per vehicle, for the whole car. Choose a car, add your contact details and any extras, and pay by card or, on routes that allow it, leave a deposit and settle the rest in cash. Confirmation is immediate.
As soon as your travel dates are fixed. Booking early secures the vehicle class you want at the price shown, and cancelling is free up to 24 hours before pickup, so there is nothing to lose by booking ahead. Same-day bookings are usually possible, but the choice of cars narrows as the day fills up.
Do I need an account to book?
No. Booking creates your account for you from the email and phone number you enter, and signs you in, so your trip, driver details and receipts are all in one place afterwards. You are never asked to choose a password mid-booking — you can set one later from your account, or by email.
Only what the driver actually needs to find you and the details we use to keep you informed.
Pickup and drop-off, the date and the time
Number of passengers
Your flight number, for airport pickups, so we can track the flight
Your room number or an address note, where that is what helps
Email, phone and WhatsApp number
Can I book the return journey at the same time?
Yes. Tick the return option while booking, choose the date and time you are coming back, and the return leg is priced and confirmed with the outward trip in one payment. Both legs then appear separately in your account, each with its own driver details once assigned.
Can I change my booking after it is confirmed?
Yes. While a booking is still unpaid you can change everything yourself — passengers, pickup details, extras, child seats and the return trip — from the ride page in your account, then pay. Once a ride is paid, message us with the change. Please allow at least 12 hours before pickup so we can reach the driver.
Yes, and it is common. Book with your own email and phone so you get the confirmation and can manage the trip, then add the passenger's name and number in the note to the driver at checkout. The driver contacts that number on the day; you still receive every update.
Prices and payment
What the fare covers, how to pay, and what happens when a payment fails.
Is the price I see the price I pay?
Yes. The fare shown is for the whole vehicle, not per person, and it covers the journey including tolls, taxes and the driver's waiting time. There is no meter and no surge pricing. The only things added are ones you choose yourself, such as a child seat or an extra, and each is priced before you pay.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card payments are handled by Stripe, so your card details never touch our servers.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners, JCB and UnionPay
Apple Pay and Google Pay, where your device supports them
Cash to the driver on routes where cash is offered
We do not accept bank transfers
Can I pay the driver in cash?
On many routes, yes. Where cash is available it appears as an option while you are booking, next to paying the full amount by card. Cash is settled with the driver at the end of the journey, in the local currency or euros. If the option is not shown for your route, that route is card-only.
What is the deposit option?
It lets you pay part of the fare online now and the rest to the driver in cash on the day. The amount you pay now and the amount left to pay are both shown before you confirm, and again on the ride page in your account. Deposits are non-refundable, so choose it only when your plans are firm.
Which currency am I charged in?
Fares are quoted and charged in euros. You can switch the display to another currency to see roughly what a trip costs in your own money, but the amount that reaches your card is the euro figure, and your bank applies its own exchange rate and any foreign-transaction fee it charges.
Do you charge extra for night, weekend or holiday pickups?
No. The price you are quoted is the same at 3am as at 3pm, at a weekend, or during a public holiday. Transfers run 24 hours a day, every day of the year, and the hour of your pickup never changes the fare.
My payment failed. What should I do?
First check the card number, expiry and billing details, then try again — most failures are a typo or a bank declining an unfamiliar foreign payment. If it fails again, try another card or wallet, or ask your bank to approve it. Your car is held for one hour while you sort it out; after that the price is released and you would need to search again.
Do I get a confirmation and a receipt?
Yes. Confirmation is sent by email as soon as the booking is paid, and your WhatsApp number receives the driver's details before pickup. The full breakdown — fare, extras, child seats, what was paid and anything still owed to the driver — stays on the ride page in your account.
No. The fare is complete and the driver is paid for the job, so a tip is never required and never added automatically. If a driver has gone out of their way and you want to tip, it is welcome, and anything you give goes to them directly.
Airport pickups and your driver
Flight delays, where to meet, waiting time, and what to do if nobody is there.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Nothing you need to do. We track the flight number you give us while booking and move the pickup to match your actual arrival, at no extra cost. If a delay is long enough to change your plans, message us so we can keep the driver informed and agree a new time with you.
How much free waiting time is included?
Airport pickups include up to two hours of free waiting, counted from your scheduled arrival time and adjusted when we see the flight is running late — that covers immigration, baggage and customs on a bad day. For hotel and address pickups the driver waits for a reasonable time; if you are running late, message us and we will tell the driver.
Where will I meet my driver at the airport?
In the arrivals hall, after you clear customs. Your driver waits with a sign showing your name, and also messages the WhatsApp number on the booking when they arrive. You receive the driver's name and phone number before your pickup time, so you can reach them directly.
I cannot find my driver. What should I do?
Work through these in order, and do not leave the airport before step three.
Check WhatsApp — drivers message on arrival, and the note may be sitting unread
Look again at the name boards; your name may be spelled as it appears on the booking
Call the driver on the number in your confirmation
Message or call us. We are reachable 24/7 and can locate the driver
If the driver genuinely does not arrive, you get a full refund
Will the driver speak English?
Most drivers speak enough English for a transfer, and your route, stops and destination are already on their job sheet, so nothing depends on conversation. Our support team answers in English and Arabic around the clock. If you would like a driver with a particular language, tell us before the day and we will try to arrange it.
Who are the drivers?
Licensed professional drivers working with vetted local transfer companies in each country, not app-hailed private cars. They are selected on licensing, insurance and vehicle condition, and their work is reviewed on the ratings and complaints we receive, so a driver who lets passengers down stops getting trips.
Cars, luggage and child seats
Capacity, extras, and the rules on child seats.
Is this a private transfer or a shared shuttle?
Private. You book the whole vehicle, it goes straight to your destination, and nobody else is picked up along the way. The price covers the car, so a family of four pays the same as one person travelling alone in that class of vehicle.
How many passengers and bags fit in each car?
Every car in the results lists its passenger and suitcase capacity before you choose it, because they differ by vehicle and by country. Book for the number of people actually travelling — including children, who take a seat — and if your group is larger than the biggest car, book two vehicles or message us and we will arrange a minibus.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes. Child and booster seats are added while booking, chosen by the child's age, and priced with the trip. In most of the countries we serve a suitable seat is a legal requirement for young children, and a driver can refuse the journey if one was not booked, so add it when you book rather than asking on the day.
What if I have extra or oversized luggage?
Choose a vehicle with enough listed capacity, and add any extras offered for your route while booking. For a bicycle, golf clubs, a surfboard, a wheelchair or anything unusually large, message us before you book with the route and the dimensions, and we will confirm which vehicle takes it.
Can the driver make a stop on the way?
A short stop is usually fine — ask the driver on the day, or message us beforehand and we will add it to the job. Longer detours or a second pickup address change the route and therefore the price, so tell us in advance and we will quote it rather than leaving it to be settled with the driver.
Cancellations and refunds
The window, how to cancel, and how long a refund takes.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel more than 24 hours before pickup and you are refunded in full.
The 24 hours are counted in the local time of the country where the pickup is
Cancellations inside 24 hours, and no-shows, are not refunded
Deposits on part-paid bookings are not refundable
If your driver does not turn up, you are refunded in full
How do I cancel a booking?
Open the ride in your account. Bookings that are to be paid in cash can be cancelled there yourself, up to 24 hours before pickup. For anything already paid by card, message us and we will cancel it and start the refund — that way a human checks the refund is issued rather than leaving it to a button.
Two to ten business days from the day it is issued, depending on your bank. Refunds return to the card that paid, and cannot be paid out any other way. Fees charged by a payment provider or your own bank, such as a foreign-transaction fee, are not ours to refund.
What happens if I do not pay for a booking?
The price is held for one hour, then released, and the booking shows as expired in your account. Nothing is charged and there is nothing to cancel. If you still want the trip, search the route again — the same cars will come back, at the price applying then.
What if I miss my transfer?
If you cannot travel, tell us as early as you can: a missed pickup with no warning counts as a no-show and is not refunded, because the driver has already travelled to meet you. If your flight is cancelled or badly delayed, message us straight away — we move the pickup rather than charging you for it.
Where we operate and how to reach us
Countries, hours, and the fastest way to get a human.
Which countries and airports do you cover?
We price transfers in 62 countries across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and the Americas — Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Jordan, France, Italy, Germany, Spain and the United Kingdom, China, Japan, Thailand and Singapore, the United States, Canada and Brazil among them. Every list has a date on it; the search box is the live one, so if a route comes back with prices it is bookable today.
On many routes, yes. Cross-border transfers run from 34 of the 62 countries we serve, and the search box only offers a destination country when that crossing is one we actually operate.
Germany connects to nine neighbours, France to seven, Switzerland and Italy to four each
In the Balkans, North Macedonia and Montenegro link Albania, Kosovo, Serbia, Bulgaria and Greece
Elsewhere: the UAE into Oman, Armenia and Georgia both ways, Malaysia and Singapore, the United States and Canada, mainland China into Hong Kong
Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Jordan and Morocco are domestic-only for now
Will I need my passport?
On any route that crosses a border, yes, and many hotels ask for photo ID at check-in too. Carry your passport on those trips, and you can upload a copy to your account in advance so the details travel with the booking. Visas and entry permissions are yours to arrange: we cannot drive you across a border you are not allowed to cross.
Yes. Transfers run at any hour, including overnight and on public holidays, at the same price as any other time. Support is also staffed around the clock, so there is someone to answer a 4am arrival that has gone wrong.
How do I contact you?
WhatsApp is fastest and usually answered within minutes, day or night. You can also call or email. If your transfer is today, or you are standing at the airport, use WhatsApp or the phone rather than email.
Can I book a car by the hour, or for a day trip?
Not through the site yet — everything here is priced point to point, between two places. For hourly hire, a full day with a driver, a multi-stop itinerary or a group moving on several dates, message us with what you need and we will price it by hand.
Do you work with travel agencies and companies?
Yes. Agencies, tour operators and hotels book with us on account, with agreed rates and one invoice rather than card payments per trip. If you move passengers regularly in the countries we cover, message us with your volumes and routes and we will set that up.
Countries we cover
All 62 of them, with their airports, resort areas and city-to-city routes. A dot marks a country you can also be driven out of, into a neighbouring one. Taken from our live coverage list on ; 34 of them offer cross-border transfers.
